We strive to provide our guests with an exceptionally clean, safe, and friendly hotel experience. The following Hotel Policies have been established based on industry standards and management. These policies are considered a part of our reservation agreement with you. As our guest, by reading and signing the hotel registration card you are agreeing to abide by all our hotel policies, terms and conditions and procedures. Management reserves the right to add, alter or amend any of the policies and terms and conditions listed below.
Guaranteed Reservations: A valid major credit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee the room and secure the reservation period. Guest must be 18 years and older. Registered guest must be present at the time of check in and must provide a valid government issued photo identification (State Driver’s license, passport, etc.). A valid credit card in the name of registered guest is also required. All credit cards are pre-authorized at check in for $150 for incidentals. This pre-authorization will be held until check out. Depending on the bank, release of funds can take anywhere from 5-7 business days. We do not accept cash or checks.
Guest Registration: We require valid contact information from the guest making the reservations including first and last name, address, phone number, and signature. The names of all guests occupying the room must be registered. Information regarding your license plate/car description is also gathered at check-in for security.
Cancellation Policy: Reservations must be canceled forty-eight (48 hours) hotel time, prior to your arrival date, to avoid a one (1) night full room cancellation fee. Please Note: This applies to reservations made through hotel directly. Guests who booked via online travel agents or other third parties are advised to contact their booking provider for information on their policies and for assistance.
100% Smoke-Free: All guest rooms and public spaces are 100% non-smoking. A $250-$1000 cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy in guest rooms and hotel premises. A designated Smoking Area is available outside of the building.
Damage and/or Theft of Hotel Property: Guests are liable for any damages to rooms, fixtures, furnishings, equipment, bedding, linens, etc., howsoever caused (whether by the deliberate, negligent, or reckless act) to the room (s), hotel’s premises or property caused by you or any person in your party during your stay. Any costs associated with repairs and/or replacements will be charged to the credit card of the registered guest.
Guest may make a reservation for the same room for up to 14 days at a time based on availability. Hotel staff must enter the room at least once a week for housekeeping and maintenance upkeep. Guests who wish to stay beyond 14 days may contact the front desk to request to check out and check in to a different room based on availability.
